A week before its 3rd anniversary, fishers and environmentalists will attest the failure of the government-led Manila Bay ‘rehabilitation’.

Local fishers from Cavite and Bulacan will testify how the government’s so-called ‘Battle for Manila Bay’ was actually a hoax and has been used to further privatize and destroy their productive fishing waters.
